| Day
1, Saturday:
Arrive
in Tel Aviv where we transfer to the Sde Dov airport
for our short flight to Eilat... Upon arrival in
Eilat take a taxi (on own) to hotel for check in...
Overnight Eilat.
Day
2, Sunday:
After breakfast we depart Eilat and cross the
Arava border, driving to Petra through the scenic
Jordanian desert and Wadi Rum landscape... Enter
the Red Rose City of Petra through the Siq, an
awe-inspiring narrow passage between the mountains...
Continue to the Treasury, which appears suddenly
at the end of the gorge, breathtaking in its size,
color and beauty... Pass hundreds of tombs and
monuments as we make our way to the spectacular
Amphitheater, which once held over 3,000 spectators...
Stop for a sit-down lunch before continuing to
Moses Spring... Leave Wadi Mussa and drive to
Aqaba for a short city tour before crossing back
into Israel and arriving in Eilat... Overnight
Eilat.
Day
3, Tuesday:
After breakfast, we transfer via taxi to the airport
for our return flight to Tel Aviv.
