Established in 1986 by Diane Rubtchinsky, Ayelet Tours, Ltd. has continued to grow at a steady pace over the past twenty years. In September 1998, Joseph (Seffie) Epstein became a partner bringing with him many years of native on-site Israel experience. Today, Ayelet Tours, Ltd. is one of the most well known tour operators offering both Jewish and Christian heritage tours to Israel and around the world.

In January 2001, Jeff Rubtchinsky joined Ayelet Tours full time. From 2004-2006, Jeff worked from San Diego, CA, developing business on the west coast. In 2006, Jeff returned to the Albany, NY office to become a managing partner and Vice President. Jeff brings with him extensive world travel experience, having traveled in over fifty countries on six continents, including tens of trips to Israel and Europe as part of his work for Ayelet Tours.

Seffie, Jeff and Diane travel to Israel and Europe several times each year to meet Ayelet groups during their tours, ensuring that the high level of quality service our clients receive remains consistent from the initial planning stages, through the months leading up to the tour, and during the tour experience itself.

Ayelet Tours offers personalized individual tours, group tours, congregational tours, Bar/Bat Mitzvah tours, Christian Pilgrimage tours, specially coordinated missions for different organizations and world heritage tours to varied destinations including Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, China, India, South America, and other destinations.

In addition to group tours, our experienced staff is also well equipped to provide Conference Management Services in the United States and around the world complimented by other specialized travel-related services.

Ayelet Tours is recognized as a leader in the industry and has remained faithful to its charter throughout a period of rapid growth by providing individual attention to each client, unique itineraries and creative programming.

At Ayelet Tours, we provide the same level of personalized attention to small groups of travelers that we provide to congregational tours of 10 - 80 people, or to a large mission of five or ten buses.
