|Day 1, Sunday, September 14, 2014: DEPARTURE FOR THE HOLY
We depart from the United States on our overnight flight to
Day 2, Monday, September 15, 2014: WELCOME TO
Upon arrival, we are met by our Ayelet Tours representative
and assisted through customs. We meet our guide and begin our journey. After
checking in and time to refresh, we gather for a special ceremony making our
arrival to the Holy City from atop the Mount of Olives.
Day 3, Tuesday, September 16, 2014:
JERUSALEM IN DEPTH
We begin our explorations of
Jerusalem with a drive to the beautiful Mt. of Olives to behold a breath-taking
panorama of the Holy City. We then descend to Gethsemane with its ancient
olive groves, stopping at the Church of the Ascension before we visit the
Church of All Nations.
We enter the Old City of Jerusalem through the
Dung Gate, and walk to the holiest site in the Jewish world, the Western
(Wailing) Wall of Herod's Temple. From the temple area, we make our way to
St. Stephen's gate, St. Anne's Crusader Church, the Pools of Bethesda (John
5), and the Sisters of Zion to observe the lithostrotos pavement (John
19:13) where Jesus stood as He was being tried by Pontius Pilate in the
We then follow the Via Dolorosa (Stations of the
Cross) to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. We walk along the ancient Cardo
and also take in the breathtaking views from the top of the Lutheran Church
of the Redeemer.
We then stop by the Knesset (Israeli Parliament) to
see the bronze menorah filled with symbolism.
Dinner & Overnight
Day 4, Wednesday, September 17, 2014: PROMISE
We visit Yad Vashem, Israel's
memorial to the Holocaust, where we view the many moving exhibitions
including the Hall of Names and the Avenue of the Righteous Among the
Nations. We drive to Mt. Zion, right outside the Old City walls of
Jerusalem. Here we recount the Upper Room (Mark 14:12-21) experience shared
by Christ and His disciples. We proceed to the Old Testament site of the
City of David to view the excavations. Enjoy an adventurous walk through the
Hezekiah Water Tunnels (wear water-friendly shoes!). Our last stop takes us
to the Garden Tomb of Christ (John 19:38; 41) for an unforgettable
Communion Worship Service.
We eat an early dinner at our hotel
before we gather together with hundreds of believers for an unforgettable
Promise Keepers event in the heart of Jerusalem so we may all stand
together with our Jewish brothers and sisters and pray in one voice from
the eternal city.
Day 5, Thursday,
September 18, 2014: MJAA RIBBON CUTTING
will be a full day of learning, praying and experiencing together (Details
TBD). Early dinner at our hotel.
6 pm - On site visit to the new and
exciting National headquarters and Jerusalem Warehouse for the M.J.A.A. This
special event will be the official Grand Opening and ribbon cutting of this
important showplace for an expanded Jewish ministry to the poor of
Day 6, Friday, September 19,
2014: THE DEAD SEA BASIN
Departure for the Dead
Sea area, passing the Qumran Caves, site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were

Day 7, Saturday,
September 20, 2014: BAPTISM/THE BEAUTY OF THE HOLYLAND

8, Sunday, September 21, 2014: EXPLORING THE MINISTRY OF
Today we retrace the ministry of Christ
that will include many biblical sites along the Galilee's shores and into
the Upper Jordan Valley: Capernaum (Matt 4:13), Mount of Beatitudes (Matt
5-7), Tabgha (Feeding of the 5,000, Mark 6), and Magdala (Matt

Monday, September 22, 2014: A LAND OF MIRACLES
Breakfast and check
We begin the day by passing Cana (John 2) on our way to Nazareth
(Luke 1 & 2). Next we visit Megiddo (I Kings 9:15), site of
biblical Armageddon (Rev. 16:16).
We continue to Mt. Carmel (I Kings
18), before we drive down the coast along the Mediterranean Sea and visit
Caesarea (Acts 9 & 25), where we view the Roman ruins including the
Roman Theater and aqueduct.
Enjoy a light dinner before we transfer
to Ben Gurion airport for our late night flight back to the
