a fabulous trip! You and everyone at Ayelet were a
pleasure to deal with, and I really appreciate your
willinness to entertain and implement the 'non-standard'
parts of our trip... The depth of (our guide's) knowledge
of history, religion, and geology were remarkable,
and he made every part of our trip come alive. The
hotels and kibbutz were all wonderful, although I'm
now going through a falafel and hummus withdrawal!
